TorsoTale prides itself on providing 100% authentic handloom products. Please be aware that handloom products naturally feature slight irregularities and variations in weave, color, and texture. These are not defects but rather the hallmark of a genuine handmade product and add to its unique charm.

5. Return and Refund Policy

Please review our Return Policy posted on the Site prior to making any purchases. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it in its original condition within 7 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, subject to our Return Policy guidelines.
